Rules of Inquiry
By submitting your inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1:To confirm your Alter data, please contact us using the e-mail form in the app.
2:We do not answer questions about game strategies and tactics.
Even in the case of inquiries other than strategies and tactics, we may not be able to answer your question depending on the content of your inquiry.
3:Please note that it may take some time for us to respond.
We may not be able to respond to requests for a specific response deadline or "urgent" requests.
4:If we are unable to reply to you by e-mail, or depending on the content of your inquiry, we may use other means of contact.
5:Please note that if you include multiple questions in a single inquiry, it will take us much longer to respond.
To ensure a smooth response, please be sure to submit one inquiry at a time.
6.The period of investigation for the content of your inquiry will be the past one year starting from the date you submitted your inquiry.

You can submit inquiries 24 hours a day, but we will reply to your inquiry in order during our business hours (11:00-18:00), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and our company holidays.
Inquiries received after business hours will be replied to the e-mail address provided in the e-mail form on the following day.
